The Dances of Universal Peace are a divinely inspired synthesis of sacred, primary phrases from all religious traditions. These mantric phrases are set to music and dance/movement for the purpose of embodying spirituality, deeply connecting with others, and revitalizing ourselves with the Divine Essence. The innovator of this tradition, Murshid Samuel Lewis, believed the way to world peace was through the appreciation and understanding of all religions; to this end he sought to seed the world with love and peace through the Dances, and so we continue today with this offering. As we move, sing, and pray together we experience deep connection with our Source: the One and only Being. The Dances are offered in nearly every country in the world.
